| For software downloaded from
www.tomcej.com: A full refund will be granted at your request
within 30 days of receipt of your order for:
- Software that requires activation, provided that your
request is received by Tomcej prior to us issuing a registration
key for your installation.
- Duplicate purchases.
- Billing errors.
If you have a duplicate charge or believe you have been
charged incorrectly, please contact us by telephone at
1.780.483.0248 or by e-mail at
support@tomcej.com.
We apologize that Tomcej will be unable to grant refunds for:
- Software purchased for the wrong device or platform.
- Any software 30 days after the purchase date for any reason.
Tomcej will issue refunds in the same form of payment originally
used for purchase. |
